Are you taking new patients?

Yes. We are proud of our capability of getting our patients in with the doctor in a timely manner, and almost always right away in an emergency.

What should I expect at the first appointment?

The comprehensive exam appointment takes about one hour, consists of a full set of x-rays, a comprehensive evaluation, and a treatment planning session to fully describe the findings of the exam, make sure all your questions are answered, and develop a prioritized treatment plan. If you have dental insurance, most plans pay 100% for this appointment. You may feel free to download and fill out a registration form (provide hypertext download capability here, as well as on “Contact Us” page) before your appointment.

Why can't I just come in for a “cleaning” first?

There are several different types or levels of “cleaning” that may be needed depending on the current health of your gums and teeth. We need to complete a comprehensive evaluation before we can recommend the most appropriate type of “cleaning” for you.

What do I do if I have a toothache or other dental emergency?

You will be asked to describe your problem over the phone and give details of any insurance benefits you may have. The receptionist will try to give you an accurate estimate of what costs you can expect for the emergency exam and x-ray. Every effort will be made to get you in right away to identify the problem and decide on a course of action to resolve it.

Do you offer whitening/pull teeth/fix dentures?

We are very proud to offer a very wide range of dental services including oral surgery (tooth extraction), endodontics (root canals), dentures and denture repairs, tooth whitening, single-appointment crowns, bridges, implant crowns, and Invisalign orthodontics.

What sort of payment options do you offer?

We have several different payment options available. Payments in full at time of service and seniors over the age of 66 will receive a 5% discount. We also offer payment via MasterCard and Visa, and can arrange for third-party financing with CareCredit.

Do you take my insurance?

Almost all dental insurance plans cover dental services to some extent. Some plans have a network of providers where the percentage of covered services is higher. Please call us at 952-881-2243 if you are wondering whether we’re “in your network.” Our Treatment Coordinator strives to help you maximize your dental insurance benefits, while minimizing out-of-pocket costs where possible.
